Dr. Kulkarni joined Orthopaedics Northeast ("ONE") in the SpineONE division to practice physical medicine and rehabilitation. He specializes in interventional spinal diagnostics and therapeutic treatments, electrodiagnostic studies, non-operative orthopaedics, spinal manipulation, workers' compensation injuries, and disability evaluations.
After graduating with honors in Physiology from Michigan State University, Dr. Kulkarni earned his degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University. He completed his rotating internship at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, MI. Thereafter, he completed his residency and served his last year as Chief Resident in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Michigan State University and Ingham Regional Medical Center in Lansing, MI. He has earned memberships into the Golden Key, Phi Kappa Phi, and Metropolitan National Honor Societies, and has received Letters of Commendation for academic achievement.
Dr. Kulkarni is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He maintains memberships with the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine Rehabilitation, the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports, and Occupational Rehabilitation, the American Academy of Physical Medicine Rehabilitation, and the International Spinal Injection Society.
Prior to joining SpineOne, Dr. Kulkarni was in private practice in Pennsylvania. He lectures at national and local conferences and has a chapter publication on-line with Emedicine for physician CME.
Dr. Kulkarni enjoys travel, golf, tennis, and skiing. He and his wife, an internal medicine physician, practice in Fort Wayne.
