Gregory A. Hoffman, M.D.


Gregory A. Hoffman, M.D., was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana and after his extensive educational endeavors, chose to return to his hometown.
Dr. Hoffman attended high school at Wawasee Prep School where he graduated with highest distinction. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame. He then attended the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital School of Medicine in Philadelphia where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine. His surgical internship and orthopaedic residency were performed through Pennsylvania State University at the Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Following completion of his residency, he earned a Fellowship Diploma in spinal deformity at that Kenton D. Leatherman Spine Center at Norton Kosair and University Hospitals in Louisville, Kentucky.
Dr. Hoffman is board certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is actively involved in many other organizations including the Scoliosis Research Society ( an international forum ), The Mid-American Orthopaedic Society, The Indiana Orthopaedic Society, The North American Spine Society and the Cervical Spine Society. Dr. Hoffman serves as a volunteer physician at Matthew 25 Orthopaedic Clinic. He is a Clinical Professor in the Fort Wayne Orthopaedic Residency Program, as well.
