Dr. Kulkarni joined Ortho NorthEast (“ONE”) in the SpineONE division to practice physical medicine and rehabilitation in 2003 . He specializes in interventional spinal diagnostics and therapeutic treatments, electrodiagnostic studies, non-operative orthopedics, spinal manipulation, workers’ compensation injuries, and disability evaluations.

Dr. Kulkarni maintains memberships with the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine Rehabilitation, Indiana State Medical Association, American Board of Pain Medicine.  

Prior to joining SpineOne, Dr. Kulkarni was in private practice in Pennsylvania. He lectures at national and local conferences and has a chapter publication on-line with Emedicine for physician CME.

Dr. Kulkarni enjoys travel, golf, tennis, and skiing. He and his wife, an internal medicine physician, practice in Fort Wayne.
