Michael D. Lee, M.D., joined Ortho NorthEast as a member of the SportONE team in 1994.

A long-time resident of Fort Wayne, Dr. Lee has deep roots in our community.  His introduction to Fort Wayne and ONE, began in 1964 when his father, the retired John W. Lee M.D., joined the young practice.  Dr. Lee attended Fort Wayne Community Schools, ultimately graduating with honors as senior class president of R. Nelson Snider High School where he was a varsity member of the tennis, baseball and hockey clubs.

Board certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Lee retains active memberships in the American Medical Association, the Indiana State Medical Association, the Fort Wayne Medical Society and the Indiana Orthopaedic Society.  In addition, he is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Eta Sigma and Alpha Omega Alpha honor societies.
