Our Fracture Care clinic has been established to ensure prompt follow-up for patients who have recently experienced a new fracture and have been seen in the ER, walk-in clinics, or Primary Care Physician and Pediatrician’s offices. Our goal is to determine the appropriate care for your fracture, whether it requires operative or non-operative treatment. Our fracture clinic provider can assist with non-operative treatment to help heal your fracture. In case of surgery, our provider will guide you through the surgical process and schedule your procedure with one of our qualified surgeons.

We have a dedicated provider Crystal Heminger, PA, who will be responsible for overseeing your care and will ensure a timely follow-up and alleviate any anxiety related to your recovery.
Who can be seen?
We accept referrals from ERs, Local Walk-in Clinics, and our own Walk-in Clinics for patients with

acute or new fractures
(less than 3-4 weeks old) -
in the extremities
(shoulder, arm, elbow, wrist, hand, fingers, hip, leg, knee, ankle, foot, and toes) -
as well as the pelvis.
